Roland Markos Beitrag im Cash Magazine

Wolf Theiss Vienna’s Roland Marko with Article in Austrian Magazine CASH on Compliance.

Roland Marko of Wolf Theiss Vienna has published an article titled “Compliance: Getting Rid of Blind Spots” in CASH, a leading trade magazine in Austria for those in the food retail and branded goods industries. In his contribution, Roland argues for the implementation of compliance programs to identify and avoid compliance violations.

This is of real urgency: Roland cites a study conducted in Germany that concludes that retailers and producers of consumer goods are particularly vulnerable to violations such as stock shrinkage and conflicts of interest.

WOLF THEISS Compliance and Online-Whistleblowing Presentation June 2016

Have questions about WHISTLEBLOWING obligations?

Ask WOLF THEISS experts about their new online whistleblowing solution.

From 1 January 2015 the Act no. 307/2014 Coll. on Certain Aspects of Whistleblowing requires public authorities and companies employing more than 50 employees to implement a whistleblowing system.

In response to legal obligations imposed on clients, RBS Responsible Business Solutions GmbH (RBS), a subsidiary of WOLF THEISS, developed SecuReveal®.

SecuReveal is a modern whistleblowing system for enterprises, jointly developed with international compliance practitioners. It allows employees to notify the management of compliance breaches also on an anonymous and 100% secure basis.

Our legal experts would like to invite you to a Compliance and Online-Whistleblowing Presentation. They will not only discuss the local legal requirements, but will also analyse developments in other jurisdictions, which might impact the evolution of the legal framework in Slovakia and CEE.A live-presentation of SecuReveal will complete the event.
